Tom used to be overweight and unfit. Things are better now but he’s plateaued lately and believes it might be time for a reboot. In this series Tom is challenging a new gang of volunteers to lose weight and get fit in a lasting and sustainable way. The 10-week plan begins with a 4-week turbo-charged ‘kickstart’ and as ever, nutrition and fitness advice come from respected and authoritative sources and a selection of great recipes that can be copied at home. But in the end it’s about embracing healthier lifestyles and building positive relationships together, all fuelled by food they’ll love.
